In order for us to conduct an Asset check, we require that individuals have a valid court judgment. Asset searches needed for non court judgment matters must be assigned by an attorney.
At Trinity Investigations, we can not guarantee the results of an asset search. Simply put, not everyone has assets, or some have them hidden so well that not even we can find them. However, we believe that if we cannot find their assets, then no one else will be able to either.
Some of the areas that we research in an Asset Investigation include;
Real property ownership If we determine that your party owns real property we attempt to determine, based on comparable sales, the approximate value of the property and approximately how much is owed against the property.
Employment We attempt to determine where the subject works, his or her job title and his or her income.
Business Interests We check fictitious filings to determine if the subject is registered as being an owner of or partner in any business enterprises. We check with the Secretary of States Office to see if the subject is registered as being an officer of or registered agent for any corporation or if the subject is registered as being a general partner in any limited partnerships.
Securities Ownership We attempt to determine if the subject maintains an open street account with any brokerage companies and if so, what is contained in the accounts.
Bank Accounts
Tax Liens, judgments, notices of default, and bankruptcies
